About the class:

Did you know that Essential Oils are much more than just Pretty Smells? Doterra Essential Oils can be used to enhance both the physical and emotional wellbeing of you and your family.
Come along to our classes at Wellderness in order to sample and have an “Aromatic Experience”, whilst learning the basics.

The focus of the classes will be on the most commonly used Doterra Essential oils from our “First Aid Kit”.

The class will have tips on:

• Improve Sleep and Relaxation
• Support the Respiratory system and breathing
• Increase Mental Clarity & Focus
• Lift your mood and reduce tension & anxiety
• Relieve sore muscles, aches and pains
• Support Digestion
• Increase Energy levels
• How to use Essential Oils Safely and Effectively
• Discussing and answering your questions about Essential Oils.

This class is perfect for beginners or those that have essential oils and don’t know what to do with them.
